彭氏“分筋推拿”治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of PENG's Tendon-Separating Massage for the Treatment of Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

【目的】观察彭氏“分筋推拿”治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。【方法】将60例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予彭氏“分筋推拿”治疗,对照组给予常规推拿治疗。2组均每次治疗20 min,每周3次,6次为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)评分的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗2周后,治疗组的总有效率为100.0%(30/30),对照组为93.3%(28/30);组间比较(秩和检验),治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的疼痛VAS评分和ODI评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组对疼痛VAS评分和ODI评分的降低作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】彭氏“分筋推拿”治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效确切,可显著减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善患者的腰椎功能,其疗效优于常规推拿治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of PENG's tendon-separating massage for the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with PENG's tendon-separating massage,while the control group was treated with conventional massage.Both groups were treated for 20 minutes each time,3 times a wek,6 times as a course and a total of one course of treatment.The changes in pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores for lumbar dysfunction were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was also evaluated.Results(1)After 2 weeks of treatment,the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 100.0%(30/30)and that of the control group was 93.3%(28/30).The intergroup comparison by rank sum test showed that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the pain VAS scores and ODI scores of patients in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the effect on decreasing the scores in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the diference being statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion PENG's tendon-separating massage exerts certain effect for the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome,which is effective on significantly relieving the pain and improving the lumbar dysfunction of the patients,and its efficacy is superior to that of the conventional massage therapy.
