摘要 【目的】基于数据挖掘技术探讨艾灸治疗癌因性疲乏(CRF)的临床应用规律。【方法】计算机检索中国知网期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wanfang)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、美国医学在线(PubMed)、荷兰医学文献数据库(Embase)等数据库。检索语言为中文和英文;检索时间从2000年1月1日至2021年12月31日。检索有关艾灸治疗CRF的临床研究文献,提取文献信息并建立数据库,利用EXCEL 2010、SPSS Modeler 18.0及SPSS Statistics 26.0软件进行数据分析。【结果】艾灸治疗CRF多采用单纯灸法,艾灸方法多选用温和灸和温灸器灸;高频穴位为关元、气海、足三里,多分布于任脉;关联性最强的穴组为关元-气海、气海-中脘、关元-中脘,以募合配穴为主;聚类分析可将腧穴分为4类。【结论】灸法治疗CRF选穴规律以辨证选穴为主,符合“虚则补之”的总纲,体现了益气升阳、填精益髓、健脾和胃的治疗原则,在一定程度上为临床应用提供了参考依据。 Objective To explore the clinical application rules of moxibustion for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF)based on data-mining. Methods Computer searches of databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Embase. The search was conducted in Chinese and English,and the search period was from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021. The clinical research literature on moxibustion for CRF was searched,literature information was extracted and a database was created,and data analysis was performed using EXCEL 2010,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 software. Results Moxibustion for the treatment of CRF mostly used moxibustion alone,and the methods were mostly adopted mild moxibustion and warming apparatus moxibustion;the high-frequency acupoints were Guanyuan(RN4),Qihai(RN6),and Zusanli(ST36),which were mostly distributed in the conception vessel(CV);the most strongly associated groups of acupoints were GuanyuanQihai,Qihai-Zhongwan(RN12),and Guanyuan-Zhongwan,which were mainly recruitment and coordination points;acupoints could be classified into four categories based on clustering analysis. Conclusion Moxibustion for the treatment of CRF was based on the syndrome differentiation and the selection of acupoints,which was in line with the general principle of“treating deficiency with tonification”, reflecting the therapeutic principles of benefiting qi and raising yang, replenishing essence and tonifying marrow, strengthening the spleen and stomach,and to a certain extent providing a reference basis for clinical application.
