当前中国文化遗产保护发展存在文化遗产本体、环境、精神保护传承不足,文化遗产保护与文化发展融合不够,文化遗产的时代价值没有得到充分彰显三个主要问题。造成这些问题的原因主要是由于在思想观念上缺乏符合中国文化遗产特性并遵从中国传统审美崇尚、价值取向的保护发展理念;在思路策略上重视保护传承而轻视发展创新;在行为方式上忽视文化遗产的时代价值所致。新时代保护发展文化遗产,要在构建中国特色文化遗产保护发展理念的基础上,坚持以发展促保护,以创新促传承,多措并举着力彰显文化遗产的时代价值,为推动经济社会高质量发展提供强有力的文化支撑。

The current problems of the Chinese cultural heritage protection focus on serious damages of heritage themselves,disconnection between heritage protection and cultural development,and inadequate demonstration of heritage’s comprehensive value.Reasons for the above-listed can be traced back to the short of protection view with the Chinese heritage characteristics and traditional aesthetic pursuit as well as the Chinese value orientation in conception,the imbalance between heritage protection,inheritance and development,innovation in strategic,and the unrecognized of heritage’s contemporary value.In order to protect and develope the cultural heritage in the new era,it should be based on construction of the cultural heritage protection and development concept with Chinese characteristics,and then adhere to the principle of taking protection with development and making inheritation with innovation,and finally take multiple measures to manifest the heritage’s era value and provide a strong cultural support for the economic and social development.
