α-乳香酸对脂多糖诱导人牙周膜细胞的抗炎效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究α-乳香酸对牙周炎炎症模型的抗炎效果。方法提取人牙周膜原代细胞后,用MTT法检测脂多糖和α-乳香酸对人牙周膜细胞的毒性作用,用脂多糖构建炎症模型,用人IL-6 ELISA试剂盒检测α-乳香酸的抗炎作用。结果α-乳香酸质量浓度小于100μg/mL时对人牙周膜细胞无细胞毒性,低质量浓度α-乳香酸可促进人牙周膜细胞增殖;α-乳香酸质量浓度为100μg/mL时对脂多糖诱导的人牙周膜细胞炎症模型有明显的抑制作用。结论α-乳香酸对脂多糖诱导的人牙周膜细胞炎症有抑制作用且无明显细胞毒性。 Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory effect ofα-boswellic acid on the inflammatory phenotype of periodontitis.Methods After human periodontal membrane primary cells were extracted,the toxic effects of lipopolysaccharide and frankincense were detected via the MTT method.The inflammatory model was constructed by lipopolysaccharide,and the anti-inflammatory effect of frankincense was detected with the IL-6(Human)ELISA kit.Resultsα-boswellic acid was not cytotoxic within 100μg/mL,and a concentration of 100μg/mL showed a significant inhibitory effect on the lipopolysaccharide-induced primary cell inflammation model of human periodontal membrane.Conclusionα-boswellic acid has an inhibitory effect on human periodontal membrane cell inflammation induced by lipopolysaccharide and with no obvious cytotoxicity.
