以往普遍认为大脑中不存在典型的淋巴系统,然而近年来脑的胶质淋巴系统已被逐渐证实具有类似于淋巴系统的功能。本综述探讨了脑的胶质淋巴系统的发现、结构特点及其与脑水肿的关系,以期提高对该系统的认识,为临床实践与研究提供参考。

There is no typical lymphatic system in the brain,scholars have generally believed that.However,in recent years,the glial lymphoid system of the brain has gradually confirmed its function of the lymphoid system.This review summarized the findings of the brain,structural characteristics,and the relationship of the glial lymphatic system with brain edema.To improve the understanding of this system,and to provide a reference for clinical practice and research.
