Applicability Analysis of Law and Regulation Related to Combustible Gas Alarm for Gas User

分析城镇燃气用户可燃气体报警装置和报警控制系统隐患整治工作中所参照的法规。通过相关法规的梳理,对三类城镇燃气用户(居民用户、商业用户、工业用户)设置可燃气体报警装置的条款进行对比和分析,归纳总结燃气用户报警控制所涉及法规的适用性。同时根据相关规范,结合当地实际燃气管理情况,确定各种燃气用户可燃气体报警控制系统的设置要求。

This paper analyzes the laws and regulations referred to in the hidden danger rectification of combustible gas alarm device and alarm control system for urban gas users.By combing the relevant laws and regulations,this paper also compares and analyzes the terms of setting combustible gas alarm devices for three types of urban gas users(residential users,commercial users and industrial users),and summarizes the applicability of the laws and regulations involved in gas user alarm control.At the same time,the setting requirements of combustible gas alarm control system for various gas users are determined according to relevant specifications and combined with the actual local gas management situation.
