宗族网络、社会责任履行与农民创业企业竞争力

Clan Network,Social Responsibility Fulfillment and Enterprise Competitiveness

宗族网络是决定农民创业企业竞争力的重要因素。基于上海财经大学“千村调查”数据,实证检验宗族网络对农民创业企业竞争力的影响,并探讨企业社会责任对两者关系的中介效应。研究表明,宗族网络的天然信任基础,能有效缓解农民创业企业资源获取能力较弱的劣势,促进农民创业企业竞争力提升;企业社会责任的履行,在宗族网络与企业竞争力之间具有传导作用,具体表现为缓解利益相关者压力,助力企业取得竞争优势。基于此,为促进农民创业企业可持续发展,应加大宗族网络关注力度,加强企业社会责任引导,进一步提升企业竞争力水平。

Clan network is an important factor affecting the competitiveness of farmers'entrepreneurial enterprises.Based on relevant data from the"Thousand Village Survey"of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics,the influence of clan network on the competitiveness of farmers'entrepreneurial enterprises was empirically tested,and the mediating effect of corporate social responsibility on the relationship between the two was explored.The research showed that the natural trust foundation of the clan network effectively alleviated the disadvantages of the resource acquisition capabilities of farmers'entrepreneurial enterprises and promoted the enhancement of the competitiveness of farmers'entrepreneurial enterprises.The fulfillment of corporate social responsibility played a significant role as an intermediary between the clan network and corporate competitiveness,which specifically showed the positive impact of alleviating the pressure of stakeholders and providing assistance to corporate competitive advantages at the same time.
