成人静脉-动脉体外膜氧合建立时机的不同评价指标 被引量:2

Different indicators for evaluating the timing of establishment of veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in adults

摘要 体外膜氧合(ECMO)是一项改良的体外循环技术,能对临床常规治疗无效的急性呼吸和循环衰竭进行生命支持,为心、肺病变的治愈赢得宝贵时间。但目前对于ECMO建立时机的评价指标国际上暂无统一标准,基于目前相关研究及专家共识,本文仅对成人静脉-动脉模式ECMO进行综述,以供临床参考并选择合适的建立时机。 Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)is a modified extracorporeal circulation technique,which can provide life support for acute respiratory and circulatory failure that fails to respond to conventional clinical treatment,and can gain valuable time for the cure of heart and lung diseases.However,there is no unified international standard for the evaluation index of the timing of ECMO establishment.Based on the current relevant research and expert consensus,this article reviews the veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(V-A ECMO)in adults,in order to provide clinical reference for choosing the appropriate timing of ECMO establishment.
