摘要
目前,市场上的针织面料仅采用抗紫外线及抗菌后整理工艺,织物洗涤后的抗紫外线效果和抗菌效果骤减。文章通过纱线选择和组织设计实现面料的抗紫外线功能,并提高针织面料在后整理过程中对抗菌剂的吸附能力,以实现针织面料后整理抗菌功能的耐久性。实验表明,在36 G单面大圆机上开发的棋盘格面料搭配使用全消光的纱线具有永久抗紫外线的效果。经过抗菌整理,针织面料洗涤50回后的抗菌效果仍能达到GB/T 20944.3-2008的标准。
At present, the knitted fabrics on the market only use UV-resistant and antibacterial finishing processes, and the UV-resistant and antibacterial effects of the fabrics after washing have decreased sharply. The article realizes the UV-resistant function of the fabrics through yarn selection and weave design, and improves the adsorption capacity of the antibacterial agent in the process of finishing the knitted fabrics, so as to achieve the durability of the antibacterial function of the knitted fabrics after finishing.The experiment shows that the checkerboard fabric developed on the 36 G single-sided round machine with the use of fully extinction yarn has a permanent UV-resistant effect. After antibacterial finishing, the antibacterial effect of knitted fabrics after 50 times of washing can still reach the standard of GB/T 20944.3-2008.
