摘要
传统的烫光机在制作涤纶等含油量较高的面料时,产生的油烟冷凝后容易滴在织物毛面上,后续进行印花工序时,印花染色困难;若与现有起毛机无法直接联机,需人工翻布或加翻布架;整机不密封且油烟大。文章详细阐述了一种烫光机的结构与烫光方法,解决了织物毛面怕滴油的问题,可与现有起毛机直联,无需翻布且整机全密封,热量散失小,节能环保。
When the traditional ironing machine is used to make fabrics with high oil content such as polyester fibre, the oil fume produced by is easy to drop on the fabric wool surface after condensation, and it is difficult to print and dye in the following printing process. When it can not be directly connected with the existing fuzzing machine, it is necessary to manually turn the cloth or add the cloth rack;the whole machine is not sealed and the smoke is large. This paper describes the structure and ironing method of a ironing machine in detail, which solves the problem that the wool surface of the fabric is afraid of dripping oil, can be directly connected with the existing fuzzing machine, does not need to be turned over, and the whole machine is completely sealed, with small heat loss, energy saving and environmental protection.
