“知行合一”视角下纺织类实践教学师资队伍建设的研究与实践

摘要 实践教学是通过实践环节加深学生对理论知识的理解,有效调动学生学习兴趣和主动性,培养学生创新能力和动手能力,提升学生综合素质的重要平台。在“知行合一”视角下,文章结合盐城工学院纺织工程专业实践教学的实际情况,探讨了“知行合一”和“以情优教”的内涵,研究了教师和学生在实践教学中的角色定位,阐述了实践教学师资队伍建设的主要举措及其实践成效,希望对实践教学师资队伍的建设具有一定的指导意义。 Practice teaching is an important platform to deepen students’ understanding of theoretical knowledge through practice links, effectively mobilize students’ interest and initiative in learning, cultivate students’ innovation ability and practical ability, and improve students’ comprehensive quality. From the perspective of “the unity of inner knowledge and action”, combined with the actual situation of the practical teaching of the textile engineering specialty in Yancheng Institute of Technology, this paper discusses the connotation of “the unity of inner knowledge and action” and “improving teaching by feeling”, studies the role orientation of teachers and students in practical teaching, and expounds the main measures and practical results of the construction of the teaching staff in practical teaching which is expected to have certain guiding significance for the construction of the practical teaching staff.
