医学院校女大学生对HPV及疫苗的认知与接种意愿调研——以新疆第二医学院为例

Investigation on Female Medical College Students’ Cognition and Vaccination Willingness to HPV and Vaccine——Through Taking Xinjiang Second Medical College as an Example

通过对新疆第二医学院在校女大学生对HPV及HPV疫苗的认知度、接受度及影响因素进行调查,发现女大学生对HPV相关知识的认知处于中等水平,知晓率在4.47%~68.81%。民族、专业、年级、户籍和是否知晓宫颈癌及HPV疫苗是影响女大学生认知情况的因素。其疫苗接种率为11.77%,其中民族、专业、父母是否从事医学相关行业及是否知晓宫颈癌和HPV疫苗是女大学生接种意愿的影响因素。

The study analyzes the cognition degree, accpetance and influencing factors of HPV and HPV vaccine among female college students at school in Xinjiang Second Medical College. Female college students have a medium level of HPV related knowledge, with the cognition rate ranging from 4.47% to 68.81%. Ethnic group, major, grade, household registration and knowledge of cervical cancer and HPV vaccine are the influencing factors for female college students’ cognition. The vaccination coverage rate is 11.77%. Ethnic group, specialty, parents’ occupation in medical related industry and knowledge of cervical cancer and HPV vaccine are the influencing factors for female college students’ vaccination.
