高职护理专业学生实习效果影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of Practice Effect of Nursing Students in the Higher Vocational College

对高职护理专业学生实习效果的影响因素进行探讨。选取某高职医学院护理专业大三60名实习生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查形式对其实习效果进行调研。结果显示,36.96%的学生对于护理专业处于比较喜欢和非常喜欢的心理状态;勤奋好学的7名学生全都经常得到老师的鼓励,且其中大多数人都对护理专业有着浓厚的兴趣,即实习态度越好实习效果就越好;性格外向及内向的学生均能与同事、老师、患者进行沟通交流,能够很好地处理人际关系,但只是两种性格的学生处理问题的方式各不相同,外向学生会通过良好的交流维系关系,内向学生则会通过注重细节的方式来维系关系。高职院校每年培养出的护理专业学生众多,找出影响高职护理专业学生实习效果的因素十分必要。

The study explores the influencing factors of the practice effect of nursing students in the higher vocational college, selects 60 senior intern nursing students in a higher vocational medical college as the research object, and does questionnaire survey on their practice effect. The results show that 36.96% students relatively and very like nursing major. 7 diligent students usually receive teachers’ encouragement, and most of them are greatly interested with nursing. The better the practice attitude is, the better practical effect is. Extroverted and introverted students all can communicate with colleagues, teachers and patients, and well handle interpersonal relationship. But students with two kinds of characters handle the problems in different methods. Extroverted students can keep good relationship, and introverted students can pay attention to details. Higher vocational colleges train lots of nursing students every year, so it is necessary to influence practice effect of nursing student in the higher vocational college.
