摘要
2021年“双减”政策的出台对地方高校师范生就业产生了较大影响。地方高校师范生是地方基础教育师资力量的主要源泉,强化地方高校师范生的职业认同感至关重要。以陕南地区某地方高校师范生为调研样本,对“双减”政策下其教师职业认同进行调研。研究发现,地方高校师范生的职业认同整体上处于较高水平,但仍有很大的改进空间。女生的职业认同水平略高于男生。大一新生的职业认同感较高,而教育理论学习、教育见习、实习对师范生的职业认同感有一定的负面影响。艺体类师范生职业认同水平显著高于文史类和理工类师范生。地方高校应培养师范生树立正确的教师职业观,做好职业规划,明确自己的个性特征,正确评价自身能力,在成长中找准职业方向。
The introduction of “double reduction” policy in 2021 greatly influences the employment of normal university students. Students of local colleges and universities are the main sources of local basic education faculty, and promoting vocational identity sense of local normal university teachers is very important. Through taking local normal students in a local university in southern Shaanxi, the study investigates the teachers’ vocational identity under “double reduction” policy. It is found that generally vocational identity of local university normal students is at relatively high level, but it still needs much improvement. Vocational identity of female students is a little higher than male ones. Vocational identity of freshmen is relatively higher. Educational theory learning, educational probation and probation have certain negative influence on vocational identity of normal university teachers. Vocational identity level of art and sports normal students is significantly higher than that of literature and history students and science and technology students. Local colleges and universities should help normal students to correctly establish teaching profession concept, do well in vocational planning, clarify individual characters, correctly evaluate their own ability, and find vocational direction while growing up.
