积极心理资本对大学生自主管理的影响

Influence of Positive Psychological Capital on Self-management of College Students

积极心理资本是个体在成长过程中所表现出的一种积极的心理状态,其对个体的健康成长和自主管理能力发展具有重要影响。为了解大学生积极心理资本对其自主管理的影响,对150名在校大学生进行调研。利用SPSS19.0等统计软件进行统计处理,包括独立样本t检验和相关性分析。结果显示,女生的积极心理资本高于男生,但大学生自主管理能力不存在性别差异。大学生积极心理资本及各维度与自主管理呈现显著正相关,大学生自主管理及各维度与积极心理资本呈现显著正相关,说明大学生积极心理资本与自主管理存在相关关系。高校应不定期组织大学生参加与自主管理相关的主题团体活动,激发大学生参与自主管理的欲望,将大学生自主管理内驱力的内部因素和高校教育引导的外部因素相结合,重视大学生积极心理资本的培育,提高其自我管理意识。

Positive psychological capital is a kind of positive psychological status in individual development, and has important influence on individual health development and self-management ability development. In order to know the influence of positive psychological capital of college students on self-management, the study investigates 150 college students, and does statistics through SPSS19.0 software, such as independent-samples t test and correlation analysis. The results show that positive psychological capital of the female is higher than the male, but there is no difference of self-management management ability of college students with different genders. There is significant positive relationship between positive psychological capital, its all dimensions and self-management, its all dimensions and positive psychological capital, indicating that there is correlation between positive psychological capital and self-management ability of college students. Colleges and universities should organize college students to participate in group activities related with self-management from time to time, stimulate the desire of college students to participate in self-management, combine the internal factor of self-management drive of college students with external factors of education guidance of colleges, focus on the cultivation of the positive psychological capital of college students, and improve their self-management consciousness.
