摘要
大学生自我管理能力越强,学习投入效果越好,则越有利于其提高专业水平。为探究大学生自我管理能力与学习投入的关系,随机抽取235名大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示,大学生的自我管理能力和学习投入效果整体处于中等偏上水平且存在年级差异,自我管理能力对提高大学生学习投入水平具有积极影响。高校应引导学生正确认识自我,使其在足够了解自己的基础上制订切合实际的学习计划与目标,维持大学生进行自我管理的热情,进一步激发大学生的学习积极性。
The stronger the college students’ self-management ability is, the better the effect of learning engagement is. This is in favor of its the improvement of professional level. In order to explore the relationship between self-management ability and learning engagement of college students, the study randomly selects 235 college students to do questionnaire survey. The results show that the overall effect of self-management ability and learning engagement of college students is at above average level, with difference in grades. Self-management ability has positive influence on college students’ learning engagement level. Colleges and universities should guide students to have correct self cognition, help them to formulate practical learning plan and objective based on sufficient self cognition, and maitain their enthusiasm of self-management, in order to further stimulate their learning enthusiasm.
