就业指导对大学生创新创业能力的干预效果

摘要 创新创业作为一种新型就业形式,愈来愈受到各大高校的重视。以探讨就业指导对大学生创新创业能力的干预效果为目的,随机将某高校60名在校大学生作为研究对象,将之分为干预组和等待组进行研究。结果显示,通过就业指导等一系列系统的干预后,其创新创业能力有了明显提升,干预效果较为明显。高校为提高大学生创新创业能力,可以通过校内宣传板报、榜样宣传和广播等形式营造大学生自主创新创业的良好氛围,间接激发大学生的创新创业内驱力和兴趣,引导大学生树立正确的价值观和择业观。 As a new type of employment form, innovation and entrepreneurship ability has arose more and more attention from all colleges and universities. In order to explore the intervention effect of employment guidance on innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students, the study takes 60 college students in a college as the research objects, and divides them into intervention group and waiting group. The results show that after the intervention of a series of employment guidance, the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students has improved significantly, and the intervention effect is significant. In order to improve innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students, colleges should create a good atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students through campus bulletin board, example publicity and broadcast, etc., indirectly stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship drive and interest of college students, and guide college students to establish correct value and employment view.
