高职院校学生管理工作满意度对大学生学校适应能力的影响

Influence of Student Management Satisfaction on College Students’ Adaptability in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生管理工作是一项基础性工作,可能会间接影响学生的学校适应能力。结合高职院校学生管理工作实际,选取246名高职院校大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示,大部分学生的学校适应能力较高,学生管理工作满意度与大学生学校适应能力呈正相关,说明高职院校大学生对学生管理工作的满意度越高,学生的学校适应能力就越高。为此,高职院校应对学生管理工作者的心理健康程度和工作态度等方面进行检测,建立以学生为本的学生管理工作理念,以激发学生的自我主动意识,引导学生积极适应高职院校的校园生活。

Student management in higher vocational colleges is a basic work, which may indirectly affect students’ adaptability to school. Through combining with the practice of student management in higher vocational colleges, the study selects 246 higher vocational college students to do questionnaire survey. The results show that school adaptability level of most college students is high, and there is positive relationship between the satisfaction of student management and school adaptability of college students. This indicates that the higher satisfaction level on student management is, the higher the college students’ adaptability is. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should test psychological health degree and working attitude of student managers, construct student-oriented student management concept, stimulate students’ self-consciousness, and guide students to actively adapt to the campus life of higher vocational colleges.
