摘要
大学生作为社会发展的储备力量,要想立足于社会,不仅要熟练掌握专业知识,还要具备坚韧的人格和自我管理能力。坚韧人格下大学生自我管理能力的问卷调查结果显示,女生对自身的要求较高,更喜欢对自身的各项事务进行整理和规划,在处理问题时也更有耐心和毅力。韧性、投入、控制、挑战与大学生自我管理能力存在显著的正相关关系,说明坚韧人格的各维度都可以推动大学生自我管理能力的提高。为了通过坚韧人格来提高大学生的自我管理能力,高校应转变大学生的认知观念,通过不同的形式与方法使大学生能够将坚韧的人格内化到自我管理能力提升中,从而提高自我管理能力。
As the reserve force of social development, college students should not only master professional knowledge, but also possess tough personality and self-management ability if they want to establish themselves in the society. The results of questionnaire survey on self-management ability of college students with tenacity show that female students have higher requirements on themselves, they prefer to arrange and plan their affairs, and they are more patient and perseverant when handling problems. There is significant positive relationship between tenacity, input, control, challenges and self-management ability of college students, indicating that all dimensions of tenacity can promote college students’ self management ability. In order to improve college students’ self-management ability through tenacity, colleges should transfer college students’ cognitive concept, and internalize tenacity personality into self-management ability through different forms and methods, to improve their self-management ability.
