新媒体时代工商企业管理模式发展探究

摘要 新媒体时代,市场环境发生巨大变化,工商企业管理迎来诸多机遇和挑战。新媒体的特性符合现代企业发展需求,为企业转型、扩大营销、树立品牌提供机遇,有利于企业从生产型向服务型转变;同时,新媒体时代,工商企业管理模式也面临战略调整、经营管理及人力资源管理等方面的挑战。对此,可利用新媒体拟定符合时代的企业发展战略,在新媒体交互性和即时性功能的辅助下顺应时代发展潮流,不断完善管理模式。 In the new media era, market environment has changed greatly, and business enterprise management has brought many opportunities and challenges. The characteristics of new media accord with the demands of modern enterprise development. This provides opportunities for enterprise transformation, marketing expansion, and brand establishment. This is beneficial to the transformation of productive to service orientation. In new media era, there are challenges in management mode of industrial and commercial enterprises: strategic adjustment, operating management and human resource management, etc. Therefore, it is suggested to utilize new media to protocol development strategy according to the era, conform to the development trend of the times with the help of the interactive and real-time functions of new media, and continuously train professionals.
