重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈低级别鳞状上皮内病变合并HPV高危型感染的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in the treatment of cervical low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions complicated with high-risk HPV infection

目的 分析宫颈低级别鳞状上皮内病变合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)高危型感染的女性患者采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗的治疗效果。方法 收集62例宫颈低级别鳞状上皮内病变合并HPV高危型感染患者,分为微波治疗组(31例,给予常规微波治疗)与干扰素凝胶组(31例,给予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶辅助治疗),比较两组治疗后临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、病毒转阴率。结果 随访观察3个月后,干扰素凝胶组的有效率高于微波治疗组的有效率,P<0.05。干扰素凝胶组患者小腹坠胀、白带黄有异味以及创面愈合时间均短于微波治疗组患者,均P<0.01。3个月后复诊复查病毒转阴情况,干扰素凝胶组的HPV病毒清除率高于微波治疗组,P<0.05。结论 对于宫颈低级别鳞状上皮内病变合并HPV高危型感染的女性采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗能快速缓解患者的临床表现,且作用于局部,改善患者局部炎症反应,并调节机体免疫功能,防止疾病复发。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in female patients with low-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions complicated with high-risk HPV infection.Methods Sixty-two patients with low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion of the cervix complicated with high-risk HPV infection were collected and divided into the microwave treatment group(31 cases received conventional microwave treatment) and the interferon gel group(31 cases received recombinant human interferon α-2b gel adjuvant treatment). The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom remission time and virus negative conversion rate were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results After 3 months of follow-up observation, the effective rate of the interferon gel group was significantly higher than that of the microwave treatment group, with P<0.05. Lower abdomen distension, yellow leucorrhea and peculiar smell and wound healing time in the interferon gel group were less than those in the microwave treatment group, with all P<0.01. The virus turned negative 3 months later, and the HPV virus clearance rate in the interferon gel group was higher than that in the microwave treatment group, with P<0.05.Conclusion For women with low-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions complicated with high-risk HPV infection, recombinant human interferon α-2b gel therapy can rapidly relieve the clinical manifestations of the patients, and act locally to improve the local inflammatory response of the patients, regulate the immune function and prevent the recurrence of the disease.
