松花参宝片系列产品的抗疲劳药效评价 被引量:1

Anti-fatigue efficacy evaluation of Songhua Shenbao Tablet and its upgraded products

摘要 目的 研究松花参宝片(PG)及其升级产品(PG+)的抗疲劳作用。方法 以KM小鼠(n=128)为实验对象,适应性饲养7 d后,随机分为8组,每组16只分别是阳药组、空白组和PG低、中、高剂量组及PG+低、中、高剂量组,每天1次,连续给药28 d,观察其给药后小鼠爬杆时间、力竭游泳时间及不负重游泳后血清乳酸、尿素氮及肝/肌糖原的含量,综合评价其抗疲劳效果。结果 PG及PG+的中、高剂量组均可延长小鼠爬杆时间(P<0.05),降低小鼠游泳后血清乳酸(P<0.05)及尿素氮(P<0.05)的含量,并增加小鼠肌糖原的含量(P<0.05)。PG及PG+仅在高剂量时可增加小鼠力竭游泳时间(P<0.05)。PG+的低、中、高剂量均可增加小鼠肝糖原含量(P<0.05)。PG+与PG对小鼠爬杆、力竭游泳及血清尿素氮的影响作用相近,高剂量的PG更能促进小鼠血清乳酸的清除。中、高剂量给药PG+促小鼠肝糖原作用更好。低剂量给药PG+促小鼠肌糖原积累效果更明显。结论 高剂量的PG及PG+均起到显著的抗疲劳作用,中剂量效果次之,低剂量效果较弱。PG+的促糖原积累效果更优,而PG加快血清乳酸代谢作用更强。 Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of Songhua Shenbao Tablet(PG) and its upgraded product(PG+).Methods After an acclimatization period of 7 days, KM mice(n=128) were randomly divided into the following eight treatment groups with 16 animals each: the positive drug group, the blank group, PG groups treated with low, medium and high doses respectively, and PG+ groups exposed to low, medium and high dose respectively. All groups were administered corresponding medicines once a day for 28 days. The anti-fatigue effect was evaluated by observing the rod climbing time, exhaustive swimming time and the contents of serum lactic acid, urea nitrogen and liver/muscle glycogen after non-weight-bearing swimming.Results Under the treatment of medium and high doses of PG and PG+, the pole climbing time(P<0.05) of mice could be significantly prolonged, the content of lactic acid(P<0.05) and urea nitrogen(P<0.05) in serum could be significantly decreased and the content of muscle glycogen(P<0.05) in mice after swimming could be increased. PG and PG+ significantly increased the exhaustive swimming time of mice only at high doses(P<0.05). Low, medium and high doses of PG+ could effectively increase the liver glycogen(P<0.05) content of mice. The effects of PG+ and PG on pole climbing, exhaustion swimming and serum urea nitrogen were similar. And high dose of PG could promote the clearance of serum lactic acid in mice. PG+ promoted liver glycogen better in mice at medium and high dose. It was more effective in promoting muscle glycogen accumulation in mice at low dose.Conclusion There were significant anti-fatigue effects in high doses of PG and PG+, followed by the medium doses and the low doses weaker. There were better effects for PG+ on promoting glycogen accumulation, while stronger effects occurred on accelerating serum lactic acid metabolism.
