摘要
对发展氢冶炼是双碳目标的必然选择进行了介绍,并结合目前国内外氢冶炼的发展现状,提出氢冶炼的工艺系统及特点。通过分析氢气来源并结合氢气的性能特点,得出不同的氢气参数对阀门选材的要求。针对氢气的特性,提出阀门选型的典型结构及其特点说明。为了氢气系统的安全运行,给出了氢气阀门和管道的安装要求,并规定与管道安装后的试验与检验标准。
It is introduced that the development of hydrogen smelting is an inevitable choice for the dual-carbon goal,and combined with the current development status of hydrogen smelting at home and abroad,the process system and characteristics of hydrogen smelting are proposed.By analyzing the source of hydrogen and combining the performance characteristics of hydrogen,the requirements for valve material selection for different hydrogen parameters are obtained.According to the characteristics of hydrogen,the typical structure and characteristics of valve selection are proposed.For the safe operation of the hydrogen system,the installation requirements of hydrogen valves and pipelines are given,and the test and inspection standards after installation of the pipelines are specified.
