验证了多种规格双层填料与单层填料在多组相同的试验压力下填料处的摩擦力大小。通过扭矩试验论证两种结构填料对产品整体驱动力矩的影响,进而优化在不同工况下填料层数的选择,在满足密封要求的前提下达到降本增效的目的。

The purpose of this paper is to verify the friction force of multiple specifications of double packing and single packing in multiple groups of the same test pressure, through the torque test to demonstrate the influence of two structural packing on the overall driving torque of the product, and then optimize the selection of packing layers under different working conditions, under the premise of meeting the sealing requirements to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency.
