参地补肾接骨胶囊联合经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shendi Bushen Jiegu Capsule Combined with Percutaneous Vertebroplasty in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的:观察中药制剂参地补肾接骨胶囊联合经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的老年OVCF患者60例,随机分为两组。两组患者均由同组医师完成经皮椎体成形术;观察组于术后1天加服参地补肾接骨胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的患椎高度丢失比、疼痛评分(VAS)、腰椎功能障碍程度(ODI)。结果:手术前、术后1天,两组组间患椎高度丢失比比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1天、30天两组患者患椎高度较术前均有所改善,且术后30天观察组椎体高度丢失情况较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后VAS评分、ODI指数,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且术后7天、30天观察组VAS评分及ODI指数下降幅度>同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PVP治疗OVCF可取得良好效果,术后加服参地补肾接骨胶囊可加速OVCF患者骨折愈合,有助于恢复伤椎高度,有效缓解术后疼痛,改善腰椎功能,疗效更佳。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shendi Bushen Jiegu capsule combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:60 elderly patients with OVCF who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups, and percutaneous vertebroplasty was performed for both groups by physicians in the same group.The observation group was treated with Shendi Bushen Jiegu capsule on the first day after surgery, and the ratio of height loss of affected vertebra, pain score(VAS) and degree of lumbar dysfunction(ODI) were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the height loss ratio of affected vertebra between the two groups 1 d before and 1 d after surgery(P>0.05).The height of affected vertebra in both groups was improved 1 d and 30 d after surgery compared with that before surgery, and the height loss of affected vertebra in observation group was lower than that in control group 30 d after surgery(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in VAS score and ODI index between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of VAS score and ODI index in the observation group was greater than that in the control group at the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion:PVP can achieve good results in the treatment of OVCF,and the postoperative administration of Shendi Bushen Jiegu capsule can accelerate the fracture healing of OVCF patients, help to restore the height of injured vertebra, relieve postoperative pain more effectively, improve lumbar function, and achieve better efficacy.
