黄芩汤“彻其热”功效新探

New Study on the Effect of Radix Scutellariae Decoction “Clearing its Heat”

《伤寒论》中第172条讲黄芩汤治疗“自下利”,第333条讲黄芩汤“彻其热”,历代医家重视黄芩汤治“利”的功效,对“彻其热”的功效重视不够。经过对《伤寒论》中“反”字的研究,以及对黄芩汤治利的机理研究,还有对《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》中小阴旦汤的研究,参考《本草纲目》中黄芩单味药的作用提示,得出“彻其热”是黄芩汤的核心功效,并且在临床实践中对黄芩汤“彻其热”的新作用进行了验证。

In Treatise on Febrile Diseases, there are two articles about Radix Scutellariae Decoction.Article 172 says that Radix Scutellariae Decoction is good at the treatment of “diarrhea”.Article 333 says Radix Scutellaria Decoction can “clearing its heat”.Ancient doctors attached great importance to the effect of Radix scutellariae Decoction in treating “diarrhea”,They did not value its effect of “clearing its heat”.After research the anti in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Mechanism of Radix scutellariae soup treating diarrhea and the study of small Yindan soup of Auxiliary Tactic Zang-Fu Medicine Method.And refer to The efficacy of Radix Scutellaria in Compendium of Materia Medica.We draw a conclusion that “clearing its heat hot” should be the core effect of Radix Scutellariae Decoction, and put it into use to verify its clinical value.
