推拿的中枢调节机制研究进展

推拿作为临床中常用的治疗手段,其治疗范围广泛,疗效显著,越来越受到重视,但中枢机制研究较少,且较分散。通过对近10年中外文献推拿对中枢调节机制的研究情况进行回顾总结发现其研究主要集中于神经系统、内分泌系统和免疫系统方面,其调节过程往往是多系统、多层次、多靶点的共同调节。从推拿对脊髓水平的调控、推拿对大脑中枢的调控,以及推拿借助脑肠轴对中枢的调控三方面来综述推拿的中枢调节机制,以期为今后推拿中枢机制的进一步研究提供参考借鉴。

As a commonly used treatment method in clinical practice, massage has a wide range of treatments and remarkable curative effects, and has been paid more and more attention.However, the research on the central mechanism is less and more scattered.In this paper, by reviewing and summarizing the research on the central regulation mechanism of Chinese and foreign literature in the past ten years, it is found that the research mainly focuses on the nervous system, the endocrine system and the immune system, and the regulation process is often multi-system, multi-level and multi-target co-regulation.This article will review the central regulation mechanism of massage from three aspects: the regulation of the spinal cord level by massage, the regulation of massage on the brain center and the regulation of massage by the brain-gut axis, in order to provide a reference for further research on the central mechanism of massage in the future.
