后疫情时代应急物资调度排队模型优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 为减少新冠疫情下应急物资调度过程中因车辆排队造成的时间损耗,提高应急物流的运行效率,保障应急救援的成效,文章结合疫情期间武汉物流园排队调度物资的实际案例,在一定的假设条件下,分别建立M/M/1和M/M/C的排队论模型,并计算出物资运载车辆的平均等待时间和平均等待队长等运行指标实际值。通过比较M/M/3排队系统和3个独立M/M/1排队系统在给定到达率和服务率条件下的目标参量,指出相较于3个独立M/M/1排队系统,M/M/3排队系统具有更高的服务效率。解决了应急物资调度过程中效率提升问题,提出应急调度结合大数据技术和云平台等现代化手段的现实性和应用性建议。 To reduce the time loss caused by vehicle queuing during the dispatch of emergency materials under the new crown epidemic,improve the operation efficiency of emergency logistics,and ensure the effectiveness of emergency rescue.Combined with the actual case of queuing and dispatching materials in Wuhan logistics park during the epidemic,under certain assumptions,the queuing theory models of M/M/1 and M/M/C are established respectively,and the average value of material carrying vehicles is calculated.Actual values of running metrics such as wait time and average wait queue.By comparing the target parameters of M/M/3 queuing system and3 independent M/M/1 queuing systems under the conditions of given arrival rate and service rate,it is pointed out that compared with 3 independent M/M/1 queuing systems system,M/M/3 queuing system has higher service efficiency.The problem of efficiency improvement in the process of emergency material dispatch is solved,and practical and applicable suggestions for emergency dispatch combined with modern methods such as big data technology and cloud platform are put forward.
