摘要
大数据、人工智能等新兴技术的不断发展完善,给新零售环境下的连锁便利店和社区团购的发展带来了新挑战,其商业模式的创新升级是必然趋势。文章梳理了连锁便利店和社区团购现阶段发展情况和特征,发现在新零售推动下新物流的发展环境下,新兴数智技术则为二者融合模式提供了支撑。据此,文章给出“连锁便利店+社区团购”新融合发展模式,并依托“新零售”+“新物流”不断扩充商业模式融合边界,提出了优化物流配送策略,对未来发展进行了探索。
The continuous development and improvement of emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence have brought new challenges to the development of chain convenience stores and community group buying in the new retail environment, and the innovation and upgrading of their business models is an inevitable trend. This paper sorts out the current development situation and characteristics of chain convenience stores and community group buying, and finds that under the development environment of new logistics driven by new retail, emerging digital intelligence technology provides support for the integration model of the two. Based on this, this paper presents a new integrated development model of "chain convenience stores+community group buying",and relies on "new retail" + "new logistics" to continuously expand the integration boundary of business models, proposes optimized logistics and distribution strategies, and explores future development.
