Profoundly Implementing the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and Promoting the High-quality Development of Local Undergraduate Universities

党的二十大报告提出,高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。高校贯彻落实党的二十大精神,要坚持以人民为中心的办学思想,走高质量发展之路。办好人民满意的大学,地方本科院校要把准高质量发展的要义,加强顶层设计与决策落实。结合邵阳学院发展实际,提出坚持“三为本”的发展理念,确立学校阶段性发展目标和高质量发展要求,以“六大工程”推动学校高质量发展之路走稳走实走好。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress proposed that high-quality development is the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.To implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,higher education should adhere to the people-centered ideology and try to realize its high-quality development.To make a university satisfy the needs of people,the essence of high-quality development should be grasped,the top-level layout should be improved and the policy decisions should be implemented.Concerning the realities of the development of Shaoyang University,the paper proposes that it should adhere to the concept of“three orientations”,set its phased development goals and high-quality development requirements,and promote the high-quality development of the university with“six projects”.
