魏源“藏富于民”思想探论

A Probe into Wei Yuan’s Thought of“Storing Wealth Among the People”

魏源是近代地主阶级改革派的主要代表和资产阶级改良派先驱。受家庭环境影响和时代变化刺激,魏源在经世实践中形成了“藏富于民”的思想。魏源“藏富于民”思想内涵丰富,他主张藏富于农、藏富于商、藏富于工。他批判地继承了先秦儒家的“藏富于民”思想,合理借鉴了康熙、雍正、乾隆三位皇帝的“藏富于民”理念,综合吸收了其师友及清朝官员的“藏富于民”观念。魏源“藏富于民”思想具有时代局限性和落后性,但这一思想仍然有着进步的历史作用和积极的现实意义。

Wei Yuan was a core representative of the reformists of the landlord class as well as a forerunner of the bourgeois reformist in modern times.Influenced by his family environment and stimulated by the changes of the era,Wei Yuan developed the idea of“storing wealth among the people”in his practice of administration and enriched its connotations.He insisted that the peasants,businessmen and workers should get rich.Wei Yuan’s idea of“storing wealth among the people”was a critical inheritance of such a concept of Confucianism in the Pre-Qin Period,a sensible learning from that of the emperors Kangxi,Yongzheng and Qianlong,and a comprehensive interpretation of that of his teachers,friends and other officials of in the Qing Dynasty.It was a progress in history and is of positive significance nowadays in spite of its limitation and backwardness of the times.
