数字化乡村治理具有促进乡村善治的功能。加快推进乡村治理数字化转型符合中央政策的要求,符合基层治理的需求,也具有经济可支撑性。为了更好地推进乡村治理数字化转型,应加强中西部地区新型基建的建设力度,实质性解决数字孤岛现象,在加强和改进乡村治理的过程中推进乡村治理数字化转型,丰富乡村治理数字化转型的应用场景。
