消防应急通信保障训练体系建设是有别于消防员基础体技能训练体系建设的专业训练架构,直接决定了队伍应急通信保障能力,间接影响着灭火救援效率与质量。总结了专家学者的相关研究与建议,阐述了当前消防应急通信保障能力的特殊要求,从五个方面分析了消防应急通信保障训练现状,提出了通过四种机制建立消防应急通信保障训练体系的建议,以期为后续队伍建设、能力培养提供一些思路。

The construction of fire emergency communication security training system is a professional training structure different from the construction of basic physical skills training system for firefighters,which directly determines the emergency communication security capacity of the team and indirectly affects the efficiency and quality of firefighting and rescue.Summarize the relevant research and recommendations of experts and scholars,elaborate the special requirements of the current fire emergency communication security capability,analyze the current situation of fire emergency communication security training from five aspects,and put forward the proposal of establishing a fire emergency communication security training system through four mechanisms,in order to provide some ideas for the subsequent team construction and capacity training.
