消防救援队伍实战化训练体系建设工作初探

改制转隶后,消防救援队伍的核心职能发生了重大转变,除了常规的灭火应急抢险工作,还承担地震救灾、洪涝灾害、山体滑坡、泥石流等突发灾害事故的处置工作,然而,消防救援队伍受实战化训练设施不完善、装备不健全、训练方法不到位等因素的影响,队伍的实战处置能力仍未真正意义上实现飞跃性的提升。实战化训练体系的有效构筑在提升消防救援队伍实战处置能力方面起着至关重要的作用。各级消防救援工作人员要合理借助消防改革工作的春风,不断健全完善实战化训练设施,合理运用现代科学技术手段探索开展实战化训练的新方法、新途径和新模式,通过日常化训练、集中训练以及联合演练等训练方式切实推动消防救援队伍灭火救援能力的有效提升。

After the restructuring and transfer,the core functions of the fire rescue team has undergone a major transformation,in addition to the regular firefighting and emergency rescue work,but also undertake earthquake relief,flooding,landslides,mudslides and other sudden disaster accident disposal work,however,the fire rescue team by the actual combat training facilities are not perfect,equipment is not sound,training methods are not in place and other factors,the team's actual combat disposal capability is still not really In the sense of realizing a leap forward.The effective construction of the actual combat training system plays a vital role in enhancing the fire rescue team's actual combat disposal ability.Fire rescue staff at all levels should reasonably take advantage of the spring breeze of fire fighting reform work,constantly improve and perfect the combat training facilities,reasonable use of modern scientific and technological means to explore new methods,new ways and new modes of combat training,through daily training,centralized training and joint exercises and other training methods to effectively promote the fire rescue team firefighting and rescue ability to effectively improve.
