摘要
大型仪器不仅是高校科学研究和社会服务的物质基础,也是高校研究生实验技能培养的重要载体。推进大型仪器共享平台运行机制创新是服务于高校创新驱动发展战略的重要举措。文章以浙江大学医学院大型仪器共享平台为例,阐述平台在组织构架、大型仪器调研和论证、研究生操作技能培养、实验技术队伍建设、安全管理等五个方面的创新举措。该校通过综合创新,建立高效、安全的大型仪器共享平台运行体系,提升平台服务能力和水平,促进平台内涵式发展,为高校科学研究、研究生培养和社会服务提供了良好的技术支撑。
Large-scale instruments are not only the material basis for scientific research and social service in colleges and universities, but also an important carrier for the cultivation of experimental skills in graduate students. Promoting the innovation in operating mechanism of large-scale instruments sharing platform is an important measure to serve the innovation-driven development strategy of colleges and universities. This paper introduces the innovation initiatives in organizational structure, investigation of large-scale equipment, training of operation skills in postgraduates, building of lab technician teams and safely management. Through comprehensive innovation, an efficient and safe operating system of large-scale instruments sharing platform has been established. It improves the service of core facilities, promotes the connotative development of core facilities, and provides much technical support for scientific research, postgraduate training and social service in colleges and universities.
