平行坐标技术在干式变压器温度场可视化分析中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为加强平行坐标技术在变压器温度场多维可视化中的应用,对矿用采煤机变压器满荷载状态下进行温升测试实验与稳定状态的纵向温度分布检测。综合检测记录与相关资料,证明干式变压器的低压绕组温度显著超过高压绕组温度。高低压绕组温度纵向分布由底层至纵向高度位置温度不断上升,但在纵向高度位置到顶层,由于变压器结构与运行条件的差异,温升具有明显区别;干式变压器谐波的温升随谐波频率的提升而升高,同时逐渐平稳,但随谐波电流频率的提升而迅速升高,电流波形形变更加明显;谐波对变压器产生的不利影响更为显著,会造成绝缘老化、局部过热等情况,甚至对变压器使用年限与稳定性造成影响。此研究结果可为热点温度传感器与监测单元的装置提供数据支持,为制作设计与运行提供一定的数据参考。 In order to promote the application of parallel coordinate technique in visual analysis of dry type transformer temperature field,the study the temperature rise test experiment and the longitudinal temperature distribution test of the transformer in the stable state under full load.Based on comprehensive test records and related data,it is proved that the low voltage winding temperature of dry type transformer is significantly higher than the high voltage winding temperature.Longitudinal distribution of high and low voltage winding temperature increases from the bottom to the longitudinal height,vertical position to the top layer.Due to the difference of transformer structures and operation conditions,there is significant difference in temperature.Temperature of harmonic wave of dry type transformer increases with the harmonic frequency,and becomes smooth and steady gradually.But it enhances rapidly with harmonic current frequency,and current waveform becomes significantly.The adverse effect of harmonic current on the transformer becomes more significant,will cause insulation aging and local overheating,etc,and will even influence the service life period and stability of the transformer.The results of the research can provide data support for hot spot temperature sensor and the device of monitor units,and provide data reference for formulation design and operation.
