高浓度餐厨垃圾压榨液处理工艺调试与运行研究

摘要 为考察某餐厨垃圾压榨液处理系统情况进行了系统启动准备、调试运行、污泥接种与驯化。经过近6个月的运行监测,得到系统进水的COD、BOD_(5)、SS、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP与动植物油的平均浓度分别为83600 mg/L、45300 mg/L、83600 mg/L、28600 mg/L、2677 mg/L、2803 mg/L、117 mg/L与2167 mg/L。经各单元处理后,出水水质整体达到了设计要求。其中,动植物油经过隔油沉渣与混凝气浮处理后,整体去除率达到89%,出水浓度降到了250 mg/L以下;二级A/O+MBR工艺对氨氮的平均去除率为96%,出水氨氮浓度可降到150 mg/L以下。应用效果整体较为稳定,达到了设计要求。 In order to investigate the treatment of a press fluid treatment system for kitchen waste,the preparation for startup,commissioning and operation,sludge inoculation and acclimation of the system are carried out.After the operation monitoring for 6 consecutive months,the average concentrations of COD,BOD_(5),SS,NH_(3)-N,TN,TP and animal and vegetable oils of the system water intake are 83600 mg/L,45300 mg/L,83600 mg/L,28600 mg/L,2677 mg/L,2803 mg/L,117 mg/L and 2167 mg/L.After the treatment of each unit,the water outlet quality basically meets the design requirements.Of which,the overall removal rate of animal and vegetable oils has reached 89%after the oil removal sediment and coagulation air flotation treatment,and the water outlet concentration has dropped to below 250 mg/L;the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by the secondary A/O+MBR process is 96%,and the water outlet ammonia nitrogen concentration can be reduced to below 150 mg/L.The overall application effect is relatively stable and meets the design requirements.
