安全带舒适性优化实验调研

Experimental Investigation of the Optimization of Seat Belt Comfort

为调查不同身体特征的人对不同种类安全带的感受,在不同佩戴位置对受测者进行现场实验及问卷调查,分析布置形式、佩戴位置的舒适度分布规律。结果表明,不同人群对于四点安全带的感受大致相同,对于三点式安全带的高位感受大致相同,即为舒适。因此,在制定安全带固定点标准时可以此位置为参考,改变安全带与人体接触的位置,提升安全带的舒适度,增强人们使用安全带的意愿。

In order to investigate the feelings of people with different physical features on different kinds of seat belt,the study does field experiment and questionnaire survey on testees when wearing seat belts on different positions;and analyzes the comfort distribution law of layout form and wearing position.The results show that different groups have almost same feelings on four points of safe belt and almost same high-order feelings on three-point safety belt,i.e.comfort.Therefore,it is suggested to refer the location as the reference when formulating safe belt fixed point standard,change the location of safe belt and human body,promote the comfort of safe belt,and increase the willingness of wearing safe belt.
