摘要 为提高干式变压器的绝缘性能,指出了干式变压器绝缘层闪络放电检测的重要作用,介绍了几种主要的检测方法,包括脉冲电流法、超高频检测法、超声波检测法。以某变电站3台干式变电器巡查检修为例,根据高压绕组绝缘层闪络放电情况,分析了电场强度对沿面放电产生的影响,提出了缺陷处理措施和要点,以期做好维护和清洁工作,保证干式变压器的稳定运行。 In order to improve the insulating property of dry type transformer, the study points out the important function of the detection of flashover discharge of insulating layer of dry type transformer, and introduces several main kinds of detection methods, including pulse current, ultrahigh frequency detection, and ultrasonic detection method. Through taking the inspection service of 3 dry type transformers in a transformer substation as an example, the study analyzes the influence of electric field intensity on discharge along dielectric surface according to flashover discharge of high voltage winding insulation layer, and proposes the defect treatment measures and key points, to do well in maintenance and cleaning, and guarantee the stable operation of dry type transformer.
