In order to improve the reliability of electronic assembly,improve the density and quality of product base plate,decrease production cost,promote product efficiency,and increase assembly effect,the study points out the important function of surface mounting technology of electronic assembly;and analyzes the key points of technology application:to do well in material assembly,clarify assembly method,and perfect assembly technology application process.It is suggested to combine with practical situation,scientifically and rationally apply surface mounting technology,perfect process an standardization,and improve application effect.
