摘要
为制备4种五味子木脂素脂质体乳液并进行体外透皮扩散含量测定,将大鼠皮肤进行体外透皮扩散,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行含量测定。结果表明,4种乳液均有透皮吸收量且精密度高、准确、线性与范围好,透皮效果依次为阴离子脂质体乳液>阳离子脂质体乳液>柔性脂质体乳液>常规脂质体乳液,符合化妆品行业QB/T1857-2013润肤膏霜规定标准的4种五味子木脂素脂质体乳液的含量测定方法,结果准确可靠。将脂质体作为载体进行体外透皮扩散,可促进五味子中活性成分的发挥,具有良好的研究价值和广阔的发展空间。
The study prepares 4 kinds of Schisandra chinensis lignan liposome lotion,measures transdermal diffusion content in vitro,diffuses rat skill transdermal in vitro,and measures contents through HPLC.The results show that 4 kinds of lotion has transdermal absorption amount with high precision,accuracy,linear and good scope.Diffusion effect is successively anion lipidosome lotion>cationic liposome lotion>flexibility liposome lotion>conventional liposome lotion.The content measurement method of 4 kinds of Schisandra chinensis lignan liposome lotion accords with cosmetics industry QB/T1857-2013 skin and tissue cream standard,and the results are accurate and reliable.Transdermal diffusion in vitro through taking lipidosome as the carrier can give play to the active ingredients of Schisandra Chinensis.It has good research value and wide development space.
