摘要壶腹部腺癌是起源于Vater壶腹(ampulla of Vater)区域的恶性肿瘤,其中Vater壶腹是指十二指肠、胰管和胆总管的交叉部位[1],其周围有肝胰壶腹括约肌以及胆总管和胰管末段的括约肌包绕。肝脏分泌的胆汁以及胰腺分泌的胰液经过此区域进入十二指肠,协助机体消化食物。发生于此部位的肿瘤,早期无明显临床症状。随着肿瘤进展,其压迫周围重要脏器,可出现急性胰腺炎,黄疸等症状。
