经皮穴位电刺激预防混合痔术后尿潴留30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Postoperative Urinary Retention After Mixed Hemorrhoid Treated with Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation

目的:观察混合痔切除术的患者通过经皮穴位电刺激的方法预防尿潴留的疗效。方法:按照排除标准和纳入标准,收集60例门诊或者住院的混合痔患者,采用随机抽样法分成两组,对照组A(n=30)不运用经皮穴位电刺激疗法,当作空白对照组,观察组B(n=30)采取经皮穴位电刺激的方法治疗,比较两组手术后患者的尿潴留的发生率和首次的术后患者自主的排尿时间。结果:观察组B的首次术后自主排尿时间[(104.20±15.194)min]明显少于对照组A的首次术后自主排尿时间[(167.80±21.479)min],并且统计学分析两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.01);观察组B的尿潴留发生率(20%)明显小于对照组A的尿潴留发生率(43.3%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激不仅可以预防混合痔术后患者尿潴留的发生率,而且还大大缩短了术后患者自主排尿的时间,具有临床价值,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous electrical point stimulation in preventing urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoidectomy. Methods 60 patients were collected and randomly divided into two groups. Divided into control group and experimental group, each with 30 people. The incidence of urine retention and voiding time were then compared between the control and experimental groups. Results The first postoperative spontaneous voiding time in the experimental group[(104.20±15.194)min]was earlier than that in the control group[(167.80±21.479)min], with statistical significance(P<0.01);The incidence of urinary retention in the experimental group(20%)was lower than that in the control group(43.3%), with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can not only prevent the incidence of urinary retention, but also shorten the time of spontaneous urination, which is of clinical significance.
