基于“专业认证+新工科”的中医药院校化工原理课程设计实践教学初探

Preliminary Study on Practical Teaching of Chemical Engineering Principle Course Design in TCM Colleges and Universities Based on “Professional Certification+New Engineering”

构建适用于中医药院校的校际联合、虚实结合的化工原理课程设计实践教学新模式,培养具有中医药背景的新工科人才,助力云南省“三张牌”建设。对化工原理课程设计实践教学模式构建和创新,转变传统教学模式。组建“昆明理工大学+云南中医药大学化工原理课程联盟”,利用团队新构建的中药经典名方和功能食品组方设计及干燥过程衡算的虚拟仿真实验平台,使学生先进行虚拟构建课程设计的整体思路;再通过线下指导完成课程的设计内容优化,从而打造化工原理课程设计实践教学新模式。以学生为中心,以国家、云南省、社会市场化所缺新型工程专业人才培养为目标,给学生更广阔,更自由的思考空间,并注重素质和能力的培养,尤其对工科思维能力,批判性思维能力和解决复杂工程问题能力培养的教学模式构建和创新。

To build a new practical teaching model of chemical engineering principle course design that is suitable for traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities and combines the virtual and the real, train new engineering talents with traditional Chinese medicine background, and help yunnan province to build the “three cards”. Construct and innovate the practical teaching mode of chemical engineering principle course design and change the traditional teaching mode. The “chemical Engineering Principle course Alliance of Kunming University of Science and Technology + Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine” was established, and the virtual simulation experiment platform of traditional Chinese medicine classic recipe and functional food recipe design and drying process balance calculation was newly built by the team, so that students could first develop the overall idea of virtual construction course design. Through offline guidance to complete the curriculum design content optimization, so as to create a new model of chemical principle curriculum design practice teaching. To students as the center, to the state, yunnan province, they lacked social market-oriented new engineering talents as the goal, to give students a broader, more thinking space of freedom, and pay attention to the cultivation of the quality and ability, especially for engineering thinking, critical thinking ability and the teaching model of cultivating the ability of solve the problem of complicated engineering construction and innovation.
