居家学习对大学生焦虑的影响:家庭沟通和心理弹性的链式中介作用

摘要 为明确新冠疫情影响下,大学生居家学习期间焦虑的机制,构建了一个链式中介模型,考察家庭沟通、心理弹性在疫情下日常烦扰和焦虑间的中介作用.以2523名大学生为被试,采用问卷法对其疫情下居家期间的日常烦扰、家庭沟通、心理弹性以及焦虑等进行调查,结果发现,疫情下居家学习期间的日常烦扰对焦虑具有显著的正向预测作用;家庭沟通和心理弹性是上述影响关系的中介变量;家庭沟通、心理弹性能够在疫情下居家期间烦扰与焦虑情绪的关系中起到链式中介作用. In order to clarify the mechanism of Chinese college students’ anxiety during their study at home under the influence of COVID-19, this study constructed a chain-mediating model to investigate the mediating roles of family communication and resilience between daily hassles and anxiety. 2 523 Chinese college students were investigated by questionnaire on their daily hassles, family communication, resilience and anxiety during their study at home. The study found that daily hassles had a significant positive predictive effect on anxiety;family communication and resilience were the mediating variables of the above relationship;family communication and resilience can play a chain-mediating role in the relationship between daily hassles and anxiety during home learning under the epidemic situation.
