摘要
针对千米深井大载荷、大惯量的提升特点,提出了一种外动力应急提升辅助驱动系统。该系统可在全矿停电或主传动系统失效时,通过在非传动侧引入一套由发电机组供电的传动装置,带动卷筒实现被困人员的安全升井。以JKMD-5.5×4摩擦式提升机为例,对关键部件如应急电动机、减速器进行了选型计算,并配套该应急提升辅助驱动系统在实际项目中进行了应用。
According to the hosting features of large load and large inertia in the kilometer deep mine, an exogenetic force emergency hoisting auxiliary drive system was proposed. At the time of the power being off or the main drive system failing, a drive system powered by generator was introduced from the non-drive side to drive the drum, so as to realize the safe hoisting of trapped personnel. Moreover, JKMD-5.5×4 friction hoist was taken as the example, the sizing calculation of the critical components such as the emergency motor and the reducer was conducted, and the emergency hoisting auxiliary drive system was applied to actual project.
