摘要
目的研究血培养瓶病原菌分离率及报阳时间(time to positivity,TTP)的区别,探讨厌氧瓶和双套送检方式对血流感染病原菌检出的价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年12月杭州师范大学附属医院临床送检的54582瓶血培养数据,分析厌氧瓶病原菌分离特点,比较厌氧瓶和需氧瓶病原菌分离率及TTP差异,分析双套送检方式病原菌分离数量特点。结果仅从厌氧瓶分离出的血培养病原菌占13.11%,血培养厌氧瓶TTP显著短于需氧瓶,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。双套送检标本阳性检出率高于单套送检标本阳性检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双套送检比单套或非成套送检血培养标本更能及时准确地分离病原菌。
Objective To investigate the difference in the isolation rate and time to positivity(TTP)of pathogenic bacteria in blood culture bottles,and to explore the value of anaerobic bottles and double sets of delivery methods for the detection of pathogenic bacteria in bloodstream infections.Methods To analyze blood culture data from 54582 bottles sent to department of clinical laboratory of Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University from January 2019 to December 2021,analyzed the isolation characteristics of pathogenic bacteria from anaerobic bottles,compared the isolation rate and TTP differences between anaerobic and aerobic bottles,and analyzed the characteristics of the number of pathogenic bacteria isolated by the double set of delivery methods.Results Blood culture pathogens isolated from anaerobic bottles only accounted for 13.11%,and the TTP of blood culture anaerobic bottles was significantly shorter than that of aerobic bottles,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001);the positive detection rate of specimens sent in double sets was higher than that of specimens sent in single sets,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Double sets of blood culture specimens can be more timely and accurate to isolate pathogenic bacteria than single sets or non-set sets of blood culture samples.
