摘要
目的探讨清金化痰汤配合盐酸氨溴索在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)伴呼吸衰竭中的疗效。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月温州市中医院收治的78例COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)和研究组(n=39),对照组采用盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组采用盐酸氨溴索联合清金化痰汤治疗,比较两组呼吸功能、临床疗效、血清炎症指标、中医证候评分及不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组呼吸功能、临床疗效高于对照组,血清炎性指标、中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用清金化痰汤联合盐酸氨溴索能够改善患者呼吸功能,缓解临床症状,疗效优良。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 78 patients with COPD with respiratory failure admitted to Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=39)and the study group(n=39)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and the study group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Qingjin Huatan decoction,compared the respiratory function,clinical efficacy,serum inflammation index,traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and adverse effects between the two groups.Results After treatment,the respiratory function and clinical efficacy of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the serum inflammatory index and TCM syndrome score were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with ambroxol hydrochloride can improve the respiratory function of patients,relieve clinical symptoms,and has good curative effect.
