心理督导对儿科急诊护士自我成长的影响

Effect of psychological supervision on the self-growth of pediatric emergency nurses

摘要 目的 探讨心理督导对儿科急诊护士自我成长的影响。方法 以2016年10月-2017年3月在某市儿童医院、妇幼保健院儿科急诊科工作的78名护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表将儿科急诊护士随机分成心理督导组38人、对照组40人。心理督导组采用团体心理督导和个体心理督导的方式,对照组不采用团体心理督导和个体心理督导。采用自我效能感及情绪评价量表作为自我成长的评价指标,督导前后分别对两组护士使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)进行测试,比较两组SAS、SDS、GSES评分。结果 对照组两次测评的SAS、SDS、GSES评分差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。心理督导组干预后SAS、SDS评分较干预前降低,GSES评分提高(P均<0.05)。心理督导组干预后的SAS、SDS评分较对照组第二次SAS、SDS评分低(P均<0.05),而心理督导组干预后的GSES评分较对照组第二次GSES评分高(P<0.05)。结论 心理督导能够改善儿科急诊护士的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提升自我效能,促进儿科急诊护士的自我成长。 Objective To explore the influence of psychological supervision on the self-growth of pediatric emergency nurses. Methods A total of 78 nurses who worked in the emergency department of a children’s hospital and a maternal and child health hospital from October 2016 to March 2017 were studied.Pediatric emergency nurses were randomly divided into psychological supervision group(n=38) and control group(n=40).Group psychological supervision and individual psychological supervision were adopted in the psychological supervision group, while group psychological supervision and individual psychological supervision were not used in the control group.Nurses in the 2 groups were tested with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS) and general self-efficacy scale(GSES) before and after supervision, and the scores of SAS,SDS and GSES were compared between the 2 groups. Results There was no significant difference between the SAS,SDS and GSES scores of the control group(P>0.05).In the psychological supervision group, the scores of SAS and SDS after intervention were lower than those before intervention, while the score of GSES increased(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the psychological supervision group after intervention were lower than those in the control group after the second SAS and SDS(P<0.05),while the GSES score in the psychological supervision group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological supervision can improve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of pediatric emergency nurses, enhance self-efficacy and promote the self-growth of pediatric emergency nurses.
