摘要
目的探讨肿瘤专科医院内科护士职业倦怠影响因素及与职业应激和不确定性的关系。方法选取2017年6月至2019年10月福建省肿瘤医院内科护士78名作为对象,所有护士均采用职业倦怠量表对其职业倦怠水平进行评估;采用护士工作应激源量表(NSS)对护士职业应激进行评估;采用不确定性忍受量表(IUS)对护士不确定性忍受进行调查。根据职业倦怠水平分为职业倦怠组与非职业倦怠组,统计两组肿瘤专科医院护士一般资料并完成单因素、多因素Logistic分析;采用SPSS Pearson相关性分析软件对肿瘤专科护士职业倦怠与职业应激和不确定性进行相关性分析。结果肿瘤专科医院内科护士职业倦怠评分前两位的为工作成就感与情绪倦怠;职业应激得分排在前两位的为与患者有关和与人际关系有关;不确定性忍受力评分为(70.49±4.37)分;78例肿瘤专科护士职业倦怠21例,占26.92%。单因素及多因素Logistic分析结果表明:护士职业倦怠发生率与年龄、学历、工作年限及过去一年排班具有统计学意义(P<0.05);SPSS Pearson相关性分析结果表明:护士情绪倦怠、去人格化及工作成就感与职业应激和不确定性评分均呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠影响因素较多,且与职业应激和不确定性存在相关性。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of burnout in oncology nurses and the relationship with occupational stress and uncertainty.Methods A total of 78 day nurses from June 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects in this hospitals.All nurses were used the occupational burnout scale to assess their occupational burnout level;the nurses′work stressors scale(NSS)was used to evaluate the nurse′s occupational stress;the uncertainty tolerance scale(IUS)was used to investigate the uncertainty tolerance of nurses.According to the level of occupational burnout,the nurses was divided into occupational burnout group and non-occupational burnout group.General data of nurses in two groups of oncology hospitals were counted and one-way and multi-way logistic analyses were completed;SPSS Pearson correlation analysis software was used to correlate burnout with occupational stress and uncertainty among nurses in oncology specialties.Results The top two of the nurses′job burnout scores in oncology hospitals were job accomplishment and emotional burnout;the top two of the occupational stress scores were related to patients and interpersonal relationships;the uncertainty tolerance score was(70.49±4.37)points;78 cases of 21 nurses′burnout,accounting for 26.92%.The results of single factor and multi-factor logistic analysis showed that the incidence of nurse′s burnout was related to age,education,working years and the past class,had statistical significance(P<0.05);the correlation analysis results of SPSS Pearson showed that the emotional burnout,depersonalization and job accomplishment of nurses were positively correlated with occupational stress and uncertainty scores(P<0.05).Conclusions There are many factors influencing the job burnout of nurses in oncology hospitals,and they are related to occupational stress and uncertainty.
